2. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
We begin production quickly to ensure fast processing and timely delivery. Therefore, our modification window is strictly managed:

The 6-Hour Grace Period: Requests for changes (such as size, color, design, embroidery text, or shipping address) or cancellations must be made within 6 hours of purchase.

After 6 Hours: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the 6-hour grace period has passed and production has begun.

Exceptions: However, if production has not officially started yet, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Please contact us as soon as possible.
